RETURN/REFUND/ Cancellation 


If the Product received in damage condition, it must be reported to us through Register email ID and sent it to via email at ( within 48 hours of delivery with an image of the damaged product along with the packaging pictures and shipping lable.

Guidelines for Returns & Replacement:

1. Product is damaged/defective.

2. Differ from the description on the website.

3. Wrong item delivered/Wrong Size.

Returning a Product

There are 2 ways to Return the product. One is to return the product from our side where we send the courier partner and get the product picked up from customers. However, in some cases if we cannot provide return service then customer needs to send the product to provided seller address from ynatratools via Indiapost. Once, the product is received by us in original condition, then we will reverse the courier charges only for Indiapost.


Once the return process is done and product received in original condition at destination. Then customer have to share the Courier slip along with the following bank details at bank details must contain the following details

1. Account number

2. Account holder name

3. IFSC Code

Once the order gets cancelled/Returned, amount will be refunded to the customer with in 2 to 4 business days


Cancellation Policy

Order Would be cancel when when customer will drop mail or inform for order cancel or he can create support ticket to cancel his order before dispatching the order. After Dispatch order wouldn't cancel if customer will return the shipment then cancellation charges can apply as per value of shipment .
